All orders will be shipped within one to three business days (we are not shipping any items on Saturday and Sunday) after receiving payments. Exceptions are holidays, weekends and dates noted on website. All items will be sent to the purchaser with delivery confirmation. Insurance coverage up to the value of the sale is available only upon request and it is available only upon request. Purchases will only be shipped to the verified credit card billing address. We mainly ship our merchandise via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail International or contact us for quote on express shipping or other international mail options. For our international buyers, we cannot mark as gift on the customs forms as we cannot lie on customs forms. If your country is not listed when you check out, please contact us.


Please contact us to schedule free U.S. package pick-up via USPS right at your door. All consignments should be sent to us with a tracking# and the shipping company information emailed to us. We accept drop-off at our downtown location, please schedule it with us. Free in-person pick up is available only for TriBeCa, Financial District and SoHo areas in NYC. Extended neighborhoods may be available, please contact us for availability.
